Is this a new store?

Chelsea Square was purchased in April 2017 by business woman and Montclair local, KaraLynne Wolfe. The store was then completely remodeled in August 2017. What you see today may look brand new, but is actually the product of 40 years of community support and diligent product curation.

Do you ship your products/collections?

Yes!  We can ship anywhere in the United States. We take around 1-2 business days to process a shipment. If you're looking for a product that's not listed on our site, inquires can be done either in-store, over the phone, or via email.

After we’ve processed and shipped your purchase, you’ll promptly receive an email from our team including a receipt, tracking info, and expected delivery date.

I’ve received damaged product in the mail, what do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that, and we’d love to help you out! If you ever receive damaged product from us, you can report them up to 3 days after the delivery date with photos of the products as you’ve received them. It will take up to 3-5 business days to review all reports, and we’ll notify you once we’ve processed your refund.

What products can I buy online?

As of now, we offer our Thoughtfully Chelsea Collections — the newest step in Chelsea Square’s gifting and self-care journey. These are lifestyle based collections made with you in mind, and we greatly encourage you to check out our milestone, community, and self-care collections for some gifting inspiration and lifestyle motivation.

If you’re looking for individual products or products we do not have advertised on our site, you may reach out to us here or give us a call at 973-746-6468 and we’ll ship your order out in 1-2 business days!

What is Thoughtfully Chelsea?  

Thoughtfully Chelsea is an online entity we’ve created in order to offer the same warm, welcoming environment we’ve developed in-store, online. This lifestyle brand is an extension of Chelsea Square, as it puts our products in a context that allows you to turn that picture perfect lifestyle into a reality. We hope that we can inspire you to live your truth, one collection at a time.

Will you not be carrying [brand name] anymore?

We want to ensure that we’re listening to our community, and products that have remained crowd favorites will always have a place on Chelsea Square’s shelves. We want to constantly be developing and bringing in products that are not just exciting and new, but dependable. If it seems like we are phasing out products, we want to assure you that we’re simultaneously searching for even better alternatives.

What is your return policy?

We exchange any unopened products for store credit with proof of purchase. This policy excludes Mason Pearson products which are final sale only.

What is your loyalty program?

It’s our program available to anyone purchasing in-store! All we need is your phone number and email and you’ll officially become a member of the Chelsea Square community. You’ll receive updates whenever we’re having events or sales, as well as the ability to accumulate rewards over time.
